REFUND POLICY
At NomadLights, we take care to ensure that every product is carefully made and delivered in excellent condition. Due to the nature of our small-scale, handcrafted production and the associated shipping costs, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products simply because the customer changes their mind.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or refund for the affected item. Shipping costs for replacements of defective products will be covered by us.
Please note that products must be returned in the same condition they were received. Any damages caused after delivery, or products altered by the customer, will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
