SHIPPING POLICY

At NomadLights, all orders are processed and shipped from Barcelona, Spain. We currently ship only within Spain.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. As many of our products are 3D printed and may be made to order, preparation times may vary slightly depending on production volume. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the selected carrier and destination. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by transport companies or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method and destination within Spain.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
